All sales are exchange-only; we do not offer refunds. You may return a product within 7 days of delivery for exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 4 days. To start an exchange, contact us through nerosoles.com. To return an item for exchange, take it to a UPS location. Nerosoles takes care of the return shipping.
